Welcome to The SHYFT Coalition ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our physical merchandise, ordering featured monthly books, or licensing our software apps and TradingView indicators, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service.

1. Product Ecosystem & Licensing Framework

The Company provides a diverse ecosystem consisting of physical lifestyle merchandise, financial literacy educational print materials, and proprietary digital software licenses.

  • The SHYFT App Subscription: Access to the SHYFT App is delivered on a strictly recurring monthly billing cycle. By enrolling in the app, you explicitly authorize the Company to automatically bill your chosen payment method every thirty (30) days until a formal cancellation request is processed via our support channels.

  • TradingView Indicator Suite (1-Year Term): Access to our proprietary TradingView indicator suites—including the SHYFT Orb — Breakout Hunter—is delivered via a fixed, personal, revocable, non-transferable one (1) year access license. This license grants access for exactly 365 days from the date of authorization and does not automatically renew. Reverse-engineering, decompiling the script architecture, sharing repository access keys, or leaking source code metrics is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent revocation of service without a refund.

  • Educational Materials & Merch: All physical apparel, custom tools, trading journals, and literature—including purchases made through The Sovereign Path Book of the Month Club—are standalone, single-transaction product purchases. They do not carry recurring billing obligations.

2. Commercial E-Commerce & Third-Party Actions

Our e-commerce pipeline operates across global distribution networks. Physical lifestyle items (apparel, accessories) and printed assets (trading journals, educational books) are routed dynamically to production facilities upon order confirmation. We reserve the right to alter retail prices or discontinue software access variables at our solo discretion without prior notification.

3. Account Safety Rules

Exclusive access points, dashboard memberships, and beta indicator invites are individual assets. You are strictly forbidden from distributing your authentication loops, API hooks, or private community Zoom parameters.
